Our usage policy at Panther Creek includes the following:

The standard event and facility rental fee totals $1000. Five hundred dollars of the fee may be applied to purchase of Panther Creek wines. We require one half of the total fee in advance as a deposit and this deposit is not refundable. If you wish to schedule for a small event (up to 20 persons), consult with us about the amount of the rental fee and amount of that fee that may be applied to purchase of Panther Creek wines.

Your facility rental fee includes the following:

• One staff person present during the hours of your event to conduct tasting and pouring of wine and retail sales that might be desired.
• Up to 150 glasses for wine tasting.
• Round tables and wooden folding chairs to seat 40.

Panther Creek would be happy to assist you in rental of appropriate equipment from an outside source for your event such as linens, flatware, china and additional glasses or additional tables and chairs.

Other services may be arranged for an additional fee. These might include a special tour of the winery or general wine education with a special focus on Panther Creek wines.

Our tasting room is open daily from noon-5 PM. Events may be scheduled between 8AM and 11 PM. If you seek a completely private setting for your event, it may be scheduled outside of regular tasting hours. (Only Panther Creek wines allowed on site for purchase and consumption) All persons consuming alcohol on site must be at least 21 years of age. Please come and visit us so that you can determine if Panther Creek Cellars is the right location for your event.
